Centralized dynamic document metadata management
// Aiddocs usage scenarios
Documents need to be stored in document management system(s) and signed electronically in some signing service. The metadata of stored documents as well as the e-signing parameters need to be managed centrally. From user’s point of view this process should be as easy and straightforward as possible.
Aiddocs has generic customizable metadata functionality, which enables agile controlling of the document processes. The produced documents may for example contain all the metadata which is needed when storing into a DMS. Aiddocs does not know, or care, which DMS is used. The target-DMS can even be one of metadata parameters. In practice this enables light weight document process automation and can be very helpful in migrations.
