1. Services and Websites covered by this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the data protection and privacy practices of Aiddocs service and Aiddocs Sandbox service (”Services”) and the websites and (”Websites”).

Please note that the Services and Websites may contain scripts, cookies, links or other content from third parties (”Third Party Content”) through which your information may be processed by such third party. Any Third Party Content may be subject to privacy practices different from this Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge that as we do not control or are responsible for the said content or how third parties process the information they receive by way of Third Party Content, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any Third Party Content.

2. What Information We Collect

The type of information we collect from you depends on whether you subscribe our Services or just visit our Websites without subscribing any Services. It’s possible for you to visit the Websites without submitting any personal information to us.

Customer Information
When you subscribe to our Services we ask you to provide certain personal information related to your subscription. To the extent the Services enable you to promote and share your content with social network services (such as Facebook, Twitter etc.), you understand that the use of your content and related information (including Personal Information and Usage Information, if any) on these services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant service providers, and we do not have any control over, nor do this Privacy Policy apply to, these third party services.

5. Transfers to Other Countries

We may need to share and transfer your information with companies operating in other countries (for example if the servers used to provide the Service and Websites are located in another country), but such transfer to other countries shall take place only in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and only to the extent necessary and only for the intended purpose of the transfer.

Our personnel have no general access to your Personal Information. Access to your Personal Information is given exclusively to our or our subcontractors’ authorized personnel, for instance, in connection with the supply of support services relating to the Services. We have ensured that our employees do not process Personal Information on a wider basis than required for the production of the Services.

Several security technologies and measures are employed to protect and prevent your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. The servers used to run the Services are located in a controlled and secure environment and user credentials are required to access the environment and Personal Information.
